The AeroBarrier process utilizes a proprietary, non-toxic sealant that is aerosolized and sprayed within a pressurized structure. The airborne sealant is carried to the leaks in the building envelope with the escaping air and seals the gaps and cracks. The sealing progress is measured in real-time allowing the building to be sealed to the desired level of air-tightness including any ENERGY STAR®, LEED, Passive House or Net Zero requirement.
